What will you study during this Bachelor’s?

From health to quality, food safety to sustainability. The Food Technology programme will teach you all about food. You will research the development of new products and learn how to improve existing ones. Using chemistry, physics, mathematics, and biology, you will learn to develop new, safe, and high-quality foods. With economics and logistics, you learn all about market positioning, packaging, and food transportation. You will then apply this knowledge to practice, so you are prepared to implement sustainable innovations in the world of food.
